The end of the boring workout is finally here! Urban Fit, Inc. was created to end the “typical” workout experience. Urban Fit is a unique fitness facility whose mission is to provide the highest quality and most effective workout experience for every fitness level in a motivating and invigorating group environment. Through years of study of both the anatomy and physiology of the body as well as real life application of this knowledge, we have found the methods that most significantly transform the body and challenge every fitness level from novice to the athletic elite. This knowledge coupled with the passion and love for a fun and motivating experience birthed Urban Fit, Inc.

The 12,500 sq ft Urban Fit facility is conveniently located on Route 309 in Hatfield, PA. Classes at Urban Fit include various levels of Boot Camp, TRX suspension training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Barre, Hot Yoga and Power Yoga. We are also the only facility in the area to offer a 1,500 square foot obstacle course that will challenge even the fittest of athletes. Farewell to running on a treadmill like a hamster. We do not utilize traditional mechanized gym equipment. If you are not using your own bodies as the equipment, you are using tools that are used in the most elite tactical training programs to maximize your workout such as TRX suspension bands or our exhilarating and addicting obstacle course where you will be scaling walls, jumping hurdles, climbing ropes and swinging across monkey bars. Have no fear if the obstacle course sounds too intimidating, you can start with our basic boot camp class or power yoga. Regardless of the class, each one effectively tones and strengthens every part of your body while simultaneously increasing your cardiovascular capacity.

In addition to the above classes we will be offering periodic specialized training such as Self Defense, Running clinics (for those interested in training for any race from a 5k to a Marathon), Triathlon clinics and more so that we can offer a variety of group fitness options to our members to keep you and your bodies continually challenged.
