CROSSFIT

In 2016, we added a specialized barbell program called Urban Fit Athletics (UFA) and in 2018, UFA became an official CrossFit® Affiliate, Hilltown CrossFit. What sets Hilltown CrossFit apart from other boxes is that in addition to excellent CrossFit® coaching and programming, you also have access to all that Urban Fit offers i.e. Yoga, Boxing, TRX, Spartan SGX training including a full indoor obstacle course, Pilates, etc. to augment your training program.

What is CrossFit®?

CrossFit® is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

CrossFit® is constantly varied functional movements reflecting the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more performed at high intensity to produce dramatic gains in fitness. The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is also a key component of why CrossFit® is so effective.

The CrossFit® program is driven by data. Using whiteboards as scoreboards, keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance, we not only motivate unprecedented output but derive both relative and absolute metrics at every workout.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit® is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

While CrossFit® challenges the world's fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. FUNDAMENTALS - All Hilltown CrossFit participants must first attend a Fundamentals Training in which Coaches will go over CrossFit® basics that will ensure success and safety in all future workouts.  Please email us at info@UrbanFitInc.com to schedule your Fundamentals Training!

·Hilltown CrossFit New Client Special: $75 - One Unlimited Month of Hilltown CrossFit & Urban Fit classes
·Fundamentals Training: $100 when attending the scheduled monthly session, $150 if scheduled as a private session

· Drop In Workout: $20

· 10 class pack: $150 ($15/visit)
· 20 class pack: $250 ($12.5/visit)
· 30 class pack: $300 ($10/visit)

*All class packs can be used for either Hilltown CrossFit WODS or Urban Fit Classes
